About this Event

BASG wants to prepare for the year ahead with an event that excites us with all that is possible and reacquaints you to the people who make up this special sustainability community. Our inspiration is the desire to reconnect, reset, and recommit to one another and the work at hand to advance sustainability. Our fun and interactive framework for the evening will come from the great work of Project Drawdown. Serious effort always goes better with a side of networking and learning; we’re serving up both on February 2!

Join us for this virtual event, which promises to rouse your spirits and intellectual curiosity.

About Project Drawdown

Project Drawdown is a non-profit organization, founded in 2014 by Paul Hawken and Amanda Ravenhill, to develop research and resources aimed at assessing and accelerating climate solutions globally. “Drawdown” refers to the future point in time when levels of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere stop climbing and start to steadily decline.

In April 2017, Project Drawdown released its inaugural body of work on climate solutions with the publication of the best-selling book Drawdown. The organization has since become a leading source of information and collaborative platform for addressing our climate change crisis.
